For true foodies, there is nothing more exciting than trying out a new restaurant, especially in a beautiful, fun location! Visiting a new restaurant gives you the opportunity to visit a new place that you have not been before as well as be introduced to some unique dishes and drinks that you have never tried. And what is better than trying out a new place that you know is “foodie accredited?” This week, we’re featuring some of “Britt’s Best Bites’” favorite coastal locations that are an absolute must to add to your restaurant bucket list. If you are in any of the following areas, be sure to give these restaurants a try (you won’t regret it!):

 

South Shore: Niko’s Restaurant in Weymouth, MA

Niko’s has been operated by the Papachristos family since 1986! Located on Broad Street, it is the perfect spot to attend with family or friends for  breakfast or lunch. Whether you’re in the mood for a customized omelet or a perfect panini, they’ve got something for everyone!

 

Cape Cod & Islands: Sea Street Inn in Hyannis, MA

Sea Street Inn features daily tasting menus by selection of the chef, catering to guests in search of a unique culinary experience. Their food carries heavy traditional French influence and highlights exceptional seafood and locally sourced produce available on the Cape.

 

South Coast: JD’s Burger Co. & Sushi in Sandwich, MA

JD’s Burger Company serves their community with fresh ingredients as a family owned and operated eatery. Their delicious burgers, wide variety of appetizers and small bites, and mouthwatering desserts are top-of-the-line!

 

West Bay & South County: Res American Bistro in Providence, RI

Res American Bistro offers a distinctive and lively dining experience. You can enjoy traditional menu items with added finesse, as well as their exquisite wine, cocktail, and beer lists. 

 

East Bay & Aquidneck Island: Norey’s in Newport, RI

Chef Tyler Cullen set out to create an elite nightspot for the top one percent of all beer, wine, and food connoisseurs. His purpose: to introduce Newport to the best of the craft beer revolution and a dynamic Modern-American menu.
